Integrity International has over the last twenty years specialized in defining what Integrity is all about. Since 1994, we are world leaders particularly with regards to the entire concept of Integrity, in recognition of the important role Integrity plays in today’s world – especially the ‘world of work’ and the ‘business world’, per sé.

On request and with the financial support of a world renowned international entity, we researched and first described the scientific foundation of Integrity together with eleven countries over a period of four-and-a-half years and then developed a psychometric instrument to measure it with a high degree of validity and reliability. It not only diagnoses Integrity in individuals and organizations, but is also developmental in nature as to enhance the level of Integrity. The instrument is registered with the relevant professional bodies globally – e.g. the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).

The above culminated in forming two relevant organizations in this regard, i.e. the Integrity International (INTEG) Pty Ltd and the Culture of Integrity (CULTEG) Pty Ltd, that are both proudly South African companies specializing in all aspects of this important field.

Unique to our Integrity measuring instruments is the fact that they are dedicated to Integrity only. However, in addition, our other psychometric products, e.g. cognitive, potential, personality, etc. also measures Integrity from other angles, but at the same intertwined with the Integrity instrument. All the instruments have their origin in South Africa and focuses specifically on the work environment. All the instruments were developed by one test developer, namely Dr. Louis Fick and his research team.
